Player Development Path Approach
Player development and Team development is an ever changing science and art. A Good Coach needs an understanding of, the Physical, Nutritional, psychological and social aspects each athlete. Putting them together in a strategic purposeful manner separates fair from Good. A in-depth knowledge of the 3 dimensional model where both trainer (coach) and athlete ,come together, brings the quintessence of development.
There are keys that separates good from Great. Willing to go harder and further than most can or will can be fostered with the correct model of development.
I have 30 + years in Training and competing with the best athletes in the world. My athletes and teams are successful and develop from the experience and training that we have as an Athletes, Speakers, Trainers and Coaches.
Skating
It’s our goal to create excellence in the posture of skating and movement. A plan and focus to improve the explosive assets of the hockey player. This also entails creating the optimum athlete through the whole body approach.The Concept approach is to change the mindset to the three dimensional athlete. The Result is a powerful fluid athlete that has increased his thought process, to the new game, and better equipped to succeed. “Fun, purposeful and intense”

- PRIVATE (4-6 players ) Power Skating/Skill/Concept Sessions with Video Review on ice
- WEEKLY/MONTHLY sessions with Teams/Programs
- Power Skating Clinics for the A level mite to Professional bound Hockey player. May – August
- Elite Off-Ice Training/cycling/sprinting for the Hockey player. Partnership with the Elite Modality Fitness trainers in North America
- Team Building Camp – If you can’t communicate and have fun as a team off the ice you won’t communicate well on the ice. Inquire for details.
