A Key to the Optimum Athlete

A misconception in the development model is the lack of understanding on the tools an athlete needs to accomplish the fundamental skill correctly. A fitness level in key areas of the body is the 1st step. Knowing how to develop those areas become a true foundation to progression. When this is not addressed or understood the habits of poor posture and technique result. The older the athlete gets the more challenging it is to correct the fundamental skills and posture.  In most cases it is because of the lack of understanding by both athlete and/or trainer which leads to continuance of a deficient foundation which is difficult to right. Find your new edge to progression.
